The cold chain storage and transportation center includes: cold chain storage and transportation base covers an area of 36 acres (including sorting center, storage center, distribution logistics center, central kitchen, trading center), office covers an area of 600 square meters, a total construction area of 3000 square meters. Parking covers an area of 20 acres, the staff living area covers an area of 13 acres. During the construction of the project, it is expected to drive about 200 jobs, the project is expected to drive more than 100 jobs after completion and commissioned, the average annual output value of about 60-70 million yuan, the average annual revenue of about 600-8 million yuan.
